SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday. We dispatch all orders received before 12pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day*.
*Please note: During peak time (Sale or Christmas period), longer dispatch time is expected due to a high volume of orders received.

We are currently partnered with Australia Post for all orders within Australia.
Orders over $150 | Express Shipping | Metro: 1 business day | FREE |
Orders under $150 | Express Shipping | Metro: 1 business day | $15 AUD |
Orders under $150 | Standard Shipping | Metro: 2-6 business day | $10 AUD |
Bulk items* are excluded from the above
This includes all ecoBirdy furnitures. Shipping will be calculated base on weight at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
New Zealand | Express Shipping | 3-5 days | $15 AUD |
Rest of the World | Express Shipping | 5-7 days | $30 AUD |
We currently do not ship bulk items* to outside of Australia.

DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed your tracking number. If you are unable to find the tracking, please check your junk mail or alternatively contact us at info@tinynation.com.au
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier. Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations. Each order is packed carefully by our warehouse team. Tiny Nation is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.
STOLEN PARCELS
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Tiny Nation is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES
It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.
Tiny Nation will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
